Assign company officers as signatories

Company officers can be assigned as signatory on They can sign legal documents, such as digital stock certificates, on your company's behalf. They receive signature requests via email. Requests also appear on the To-Do List view and on individual security's view in
Company signatories are required to issue securities on They must be users on the company account. A company must have one signatory, and can have up to two signatories.

Company signatories can be assigned in 2 places:

  1. During the last Access step of company onboarding. Add the signatory as a user with Detailed or Admin access first. Assign them as a signatory, and enter their title.
  2. Go to Company Information view, then click on edit.
